  Peter Lotz, long-time employee, master and plant manager becomes a shareholder.

  Dipl. Ing. Andreas Karnbach becomes a shareholder.

  Dipl. Ing. Andreas Karnbach becomes Managing Director and manages the company in all areas of day-to-day business.

• 1995

  With the death of Friedrich von Nida, Birgit von Nida and Elke von Nida become shareholders and continue to run the company with the Ing. support of Dipl. Ing. Andreas Karnbach.

  Birgit von Nida joins the company to support the management.

  Conversion of the company into a limited liability company with Friedrich von Nida as sole shareholder and managing director.
